The week before design begins, we'll meet for your 2-hour strategy and mapping call to map out your complete client workflow and align on the vision for your website. It becomes the blueprint for everything I build on both platforms!

Prep
Week two is your Showit design week. By Wednesday, you'll receive your website reveal video, and Thursday morning we'll work through revisions together from 9am to 12pm. I’ll move your site to your account and wrap up your SEO by 5pm.
Week one is dedicated entirely to your HoneyBook setup, and you'll receive a review email at the end of the week.
Design Time
That Friday, you'll receive access to both your Showit and HoneyBook Training Libraries, and your two weeks of post-launch support begins. During this time, I'm only an email away to answer questions and help you settle into your brand-spankin'-new website and system.

Your two design weeks are the core of the timeline, but you'll also want to plan for one to two weeks of prep before your project begins. If additional services are added to the scope, this may extend your timeline by a week. Start to finish, most clients are fully launched within two-three weeks of their project start date.
How long does the Full Client Experience take?

You'll need your branding finalized (logo, colors, and typography), your services and pricing locked in, and your prep work completed before your design weeks begin. I walk you through all of it with detailed guides, so you'll always know exactly what's needed and when.
What do I need to have ready before we start?

Post-launch support covers one off-boarding call to walk you through your new HoneyBook system, and functionality issues for your website. Design changes and new service additions aren't included in the support window, but ongoing options are available after that!
